By accessing or using SpeedRun Founder ("Platform," "Service," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpeedRun Founder.

2. Service Description

SpeedRun Founder is a digital mentor platform for entrepreneurs, providing:

• AI-powered startup idea generation and analysis
• MVP development guidance and checklists
• Networking and matchmaking with other founders and mentors
• Roadmap tracking from idea to launch
• Pay-per-use AI assistance powered by OpenAI GPT

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pay-Per-Use Model

AI assistance is charged on a pay-per-prompt basis. Before each AI interaction, you will see:

• Estimated token usage
• Base cost (OpenAI API cost)
• Final charged amount (including our service margin)

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5.3 Wallet and Credits

• You may add credits to your wallet for future use
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Unused credits remain in your account unless you request deletion

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases of technical errors or service failures. Contact support within 7 days of the transaction for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas or data
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Resell or redistribute Platform services without authorization
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, functionality, code, design, and branding on the Platform are owned by SpeedRun Founder and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your ideas, prompts, and content created on the Platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses are provided "as-is" for informational purposes. You are responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 AI Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI suggestions should not be considered professional advice. Always conduct your own research and due diligence.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedRun Founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpeedRun Founder and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended account inactivity
• Any reason, with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits except as required by law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
